Monitoring and Reviewing Print E-mail
AA International Ltd’s founding specialists, having some 100 years of shared experience in various forms of rural development, consider monitoring and reviewing of agricultural projects to be an integral part of programme management. However, there are often occasions when independent observers are necessary to offer independent opinions on events, activities, strategies and policies. Based on our depth of experience, we offer can offer Monitoring and Reviewing Services for a broad range of projects and programmes, which are based on the five cornerstones of good monitoring and reviewing:

  • Relevance
  • Objectivity
  • Continuity
  • Simplicity
  • Response friendly

Having conducted hundreds of regular and ad hoc reviews for NGOs (particularly ACORD) throughout Africa and in Asia, AA International Ltd staff offer the following services:

  • Assess rural development essential functions
  • Design monitoring systems
  • Install systems and train operatives
  • Conduct ad hoc situation and programme reviews
