Examples range from working with IrishAid to provide solar photovoltaic powered desktop computers for recording crop and livestock in Eritrea, to supplying ground mounted solar for water treatment works in the UK.

Solar is often the most sensible option in sub Saharan Africa due to high levels of reliable irradiaton coupled with minimal maintenance requirements.
